9th ITS European Congress - Dublin

ecoDriver took part in Europe’s leading Intelligent Transport Congress in 2013, which was held in Dublin in June. The Congress took place during the Irish Presidency of the European Council, and focused on several topics.

Driving Assessment Conference 2013

The 7th International Driving Symposium on Human Factors in Driver Assessment, Training and Vehicle Design took place on 17-20 June 2013 in New York. The symposium focused on providing an interdisciplinary forum for scientific exchange between users of driving assessment tools, applications and technology. Attendees included researchers and practitioners working on applications of driving assessment from the perspective of engineering, psychology, medicine, and public health.

ECOSTAND Final event

16 October 2013 - ECOSTAND held its Final Event  in Tokyo, in conjunction with the ITS World Congress, to present its main achievements and the results from international cooperation after three years of activities. The main focus of the event was to disseminate the Joint Technical Report with a special focus on the expected stakeholders groups and the respective use each group can make of it.

15 October 2013 - The European Transport Forum is a platform for open debate on the future of European Transport. The inaugural debate took place in 2004 and the almost annual debate has since then attracted an increasing and outstanding audience.

FISITA World Automotive Congress 2012

FISITA 2012 featured presentations from leading engineers, scientists and specialists concerned with every aspect of the research, design, development and production of vehicles and their systems. Together they explored the future direction for the global industry in key areas including powertrains, alternative fuels, vehicle dynamics, safety systems, electronics, manufacturing and Intelligent Transportation Systems.


FISITA World Automotive Congress 2014

2-6 June 2014 - The 35th FISITA Congress took place in Maastricht — at the heart of Europe's thriving high-tech automotive industry. FISITA 2014 showcased the latest mobility innovations from companies and universities throughout the region, including the Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium. As with all previous FISITA Congresses, it was a meeting place for engineers and executives from Europe, Asia and America to exchange knowledge and build collaborations for the creation of greener, safer mobility world-wide. Read more

Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Europe Chapter

16-18 October 2013 - The 2013 conference took place on 16-18 October in Turin, Italy and was hosted by CRF (Centro Ricerche Fiat). The central theme was "Human Factors: sustainable life and mobility".

Sustainable Development is the positive change which does not undermine the environmental or social systems on which we depend. Its success depends on widespread understanding of the critical relationship between people and their environment and the will to make necessary changes.

International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition

17-20 November 2013 - EVS27 showcased a four-day symposium with a great number of presentations covering all facets of electric drive, including vehicles, energy storage, infrastructure, research and development. A most interesting selection of papers, which have gone through a peer review evaluation process.

TAP2012 Conference

The Transport and Air Pollution Conferences have been held since 1986 in Graz (Austria), Zurich (Switzerland), Avignon, Reims and Toulouse (France) and Boulder (Colorado, USA). This 19th symposium took place for the first time in Thessaloniki, Greece. The aim of the symposium was to bring together scientists, users and policy makers to assess the current scientific knowledge of air pollution due to emissions from transportation systems.
